To start, we’ve got an all-new Bronze Edition color version of this KEYOne. It is near-identical into the conventional black version that the new and its parent company, TCL, published back in October, with the most important difference besides the new color being that it’ll include dual-SIM aid in “select markets” around Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
The key one, for those oblivious, was the very first smartphone BlackBerry introduced under the wing of TCL, wearing a 4.5-inch Total HD screen, a Snapdragon 825 processor, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of expandable internal memory, a 12-megapixel rear-facing camera plus a 3505mAh battery using Quick Charge 3.0.
BlackBerry declared during its latest assembly it’s likely to start at least two brand new smartphones this season — among which may function as a second-generation model of this KEYOne, based on recent speculation.
“It’s been less than 1 year because we officially introduced the world to our amazing BlackBerry smartphones and we have seen quite powerful renewed interest thanks to devices such as BlackBerry KEYone and BlackBerry Motion,” explained Alain Lejeune, Global General Manager for BlackBerry Mobile.
“With fresh BlackBerry smartphones from TCL Communication currently available in more than 50 countries around the globe, we’ve got a good base to keep on building upon our portfolio in the year. This means clients can expect to see at least two new BlackBerry tablets from us after this season.”
